Terms & Conditions:

1. You must register or log in to make a purchase on the Ubuntu Christian Networks website.
2. Prices indicated online may differ from prices indicated at other stores, due to promotions, online or in-store specials.
3. Discount codes and price promotions are offered at the discretion of Ubuntu Christian Networks and may be revoked or changed at any time.
4. Price changes from suppliers and promotions regularly have an effect on prices. Please take note that items placed in the Wishlist or Cart may change in price without notice. When you purchase these items, you will be billed according to the items’ price at the time of purchase.
5. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclude the associated shipping charges.
6. Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
7. When paying by credit card/debit card, the card details must be provided when making a purchase, as credit card/debit card details are not stored on the system for security purposes.
8. To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where someone is available to take delivery during business hours.

10. International orders & shipping:
    1. Delivery for international orders will take 10-14 working days to process. Shipping times are dependent on the location and the courier service schedules for each country.
    2. The product price listed online does not include shipping and customs charges.
    3. Our customer service department will supply a quote for shipping charges.
11. You may return any faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, provided that we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
12. Refunds will exclude all delivery and shipping fees that are paid as part of the order.
13. Refunds will only be given if you received the incorrect product or an order could not be fulfilled. Please take note that we do not provide refunds for the following items: CDs, DVDs & Software.
14. Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to the protection of your personal information. If you wish to know more about when and how we collect, use, share and store your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
15. There is limited stock of all goods on offer. Ubuntu Christian Networks will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer when a product is no longer available once ordered. Ubuntu Christian Networks will only be liable to provide refunds where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
16. Ubuntu Christian Networks vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
17. Online Gifts Cards will expire 3 years after the date of purchase and should be redeemed before the expiration date.
18. When using Pay Later or other EFT payments, please note that stock can only be reserved once the order has been placed and the payment reflects in the Ubuntu Christian Networks bank account.
19. The information contained on this website is subject to errors and omissions. Information is provided by third parties and Ubuntu Christian Networks accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies.
20. Without prior notice to their customers and with or without providing any reasons, Ubuntu Christian Networks may at any time, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the operation of the site or any of the services & products advertised or provided on the site.
21. Neither Ubuntu Christian Networks, its holding company or shareholders, associates, consultants, couriers or employees will be liable for any damages relating to the use of this site, irrespective of the cause of your loss. Without affecting the foregoing, we are not liable for:
    1. Any interruption, malfunction, downtime, or other failure of the site or computer systems for whatever reason;
    2. Any interruption, malfunction, downtime, or other failure of goods or services provided by third parties, including without limitation: public switched telecommunication service providers, Internet service providers, electricity suppliers, local authorities, and certification authorities; or
    3. The event of force majeure or any other event over which Ubuntu Christian Networks has no direct control.
22. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at our discretion.
